Refund policy
We hope you love our products as much as we do! We accept returns for a store credit on all unused products. Store credits are valued for 12 months from the date of issue. Due to hygiene we do not accept returns on products which have been used.
To start a return request, please email us at remorbyjihane@gmail.com (within 5 business days of delivery) Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return details. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return and tracking is recommended. If an item is returned which appears to be used then we will ship it back to you and your expense.
If your item is faulty please email us immediately (within 3 business days of delivery) on remorbyjihane@gmail.com to advise us of the issue with proof of fault. We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement where possible or issue you with a refund. All defective/faulty items will need to be sent back to us and we will provide you with a return label.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
