Shipping policy

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and a list of international countries. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us on remorbyjihane@gmail.com.

We are based in Sydney and all Australian orders are sent at a flat rate of $9. The international shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location at a flat rate. We use Sendle for all of our deliveries to ensure your orders get to you quickly and safely. Sendle use a range of different couriers to complete the deliveries based on your location. We offer the pre-order service so you can secure your goodies. We will always give you an estimated time frame of when your order should be dispatched but please be advised this is on an estimate and orders may be sent before or after the date given. If you wish to cancel a pre-order then you will be issued with a store credit which will be valid for 12 months. If you place an order for a number of items, of which any are a pre-order then the entire order will be held until the pre-ordered items have arrived. If you do not wish for this to happen, please place a seperate order for the pre-ordered items.

For all of our international customers, please note what we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional delivery fees your country may impose upon delivery.
